Hello
Hi, I'm Seneca Danyell, Licensed Professional School Counselor, Certified Grief Educator, Author, and Advocate for families like mine who have experienced infant loss. I have worked in education for over 15 years, helping students and families to find value in their true strength and resilience while navigating tough circumstances.
My Story
In 2015 my life absolutely changed when my beloved 10-month-old daughter Aliyah suddenly passed away. The impact of this loss drove me to turn my pain into purpose. In 2020 I founded RiseTogether, LLC with a mission to provide resources, encouragement, and support to families impacted by the loss of a child/sibling.
As I reflected on my healing journey, this prompted the release of my children's book titled "Aliyah's Missing Teddy Bear!" along with the companion Positive Perspectives Activity Book. I knew that if I was going to write anything, it would have to be a message of hope. A story that not only speaks to the young reader but also has a message for adults hidden in all of the text and colorful illustrations. I do pray that my books are a blessing to you and your family.

My New Release Finding the Light Within is a journal to help you find hope after loss. It is a resource to heal broken hearts and an opportunity to go on a journey of reflection, self-care, and spiritual wholeness.

A Light of Hope
A Light of Hope is a program to fill the gap between the hospital and home by providing pregnancy and infant loss support for families who have been touched by the tragic death of their baby through pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or in the first few months of life.
​
Our seven-part program is intentionally designed to support the emotional, physical, spiritual, and social healing of our Share A Light Central Ohio families, and caring community members.
